How many dresses.......

How many dresses do you have that you actually use... not the old ones that you have hanging in your closet that havent been used in years, but how many do you have that you actually use??

Myself Ive got 3 that I presently use, Pink, Blue n red/blue.
Got a few oldies hanging in the closet though.

All I can say Czechy is WUH SHY! ...lol, I dont know if I would have time to wear 6 dresses in a weekend, lol, unless I changed really really often..... but I would like to have more in use then hangin in the closet, lol

Well, I do all my own sewing which definitely helps. I also have two sets of beadwork and needed to match those separately since the colors are not really interchangable. That's my excuse I guess. Some of my dresses I've had for years but are still in good shape. If I danced more often then they would wear out faster, LOL!

I do all my own work too, ;) , fans, beadwork, cloth's, eeeeveryting. But I cant seem to find the time or money to make myself that many dresses for a year.

Since i dont dance all that often anymore i have only one, i do all my own its just i hardley dance and just been busy doing my sister's dresses or for my daughter. i realized sheesh its easier to make a little kids dress then one for me. :D

LOL I know what you mean sweetkwe I can whip out outfits for my niece overnight but when it comes to adult ones it takes a little longer!

my sister dances jingle and ive she has 5 dresses total ive just finished making 3 new ones well over the past winter :D

my sister had 3 dresses soon to be makin a coule new ones. She likes to have a dress for each contest and a couple for exibitions, cuz up in canada mos pow wows have 5 sessions or 4sessions so she likes to have a dress for each session

Right now I only have 1......I had three but now I'm workin on 4 new ones with the money I got for sellin my old ones......I made a lil girl one just recently too........I only need one for now cuz I do mostly shows around here when it's not powwow season but now I no longer have a car so I wont be dancin or travel much anytime soon anywayz..I do like havin one for each session though and by the time I finish my new beadwork I should have that many.
