I was advised by several peps to ask question here....

My daughter has a desire to jingle. I work in the area of law enforcement... somewhere online I did read that some jingle dresses (very old ones) were made using shell castings from bullets. I do not plan to use such on my daughters dress, but thought of using them in other ways.... anyone have ideas??

The castings I have are from a 40 Glock, tin, small 44 cal.

Some men use them in their bandoliers instead of bone

I've seen them used in various ways, on the bottoms of bags, on knifesheaths, even part of a horses' equipment. I think it's like, if it's 'tinkly' it's useable.

Hey!!!! Get back here!!! Wait til you get more responses before you start using those shell casings.

None of my jingle dress friends would even think of using those things.

Take it easy. Don't be rushing your outfit by using (what you think) are ready made cones.:(

I aint thinking of using the castings as "cones" .... but I am thinking of something just a little different.... everyone has to have something different... never know when it starts a new trend...
