    my sister jus usually goes for walks and practices dancing everyday. practicing is good and it gets u to be creative to come up or try some new dance moves

    health kick--OH MY--ME TOO!!

    Hello EVERYONE,
    Currently I run 2 miles a day to keep that stamina up. I was thinking of starting to jump rope - that makes sense...also some calf raises. Yeah that side step kills my legs...! :o

    Well, running stairs is one of the things that I do the most. Living on the top floor of my apartment building helps, because we have no elevator. Also, sliding around the floor, sidestep style helps me as well. Sounds silly, but its true. And a leg workout twice a week (other days is upper body workout) and always cardio when I hit the gym. But yeah, I would have to say stairs have strengthened my legs the most. I dont really have to work the legs all that much, I have soccer player legs *LOL*

    UUUUUMMMM I sit on the puter eatin cookies but I can still keep up...side step and all.....HHHMMMM I wish I could work out but I got too many cookies to eat so theres not enough time. For those who know me or seen me...Im a fat gurl now

    Everday:
    squats(5x10)
    benchpress(5x10)
    curl(3x10)
    jerk & clean(2x10)
    push ups(5x10)
    sit ups(200)
    calf raises i think thats what its called?(in, out, parallel)(2x50 each)
    2 miles a day
    ..and guess what...
    thats an easy day!!
    naw for reals...i do this everyday!!
    oh yeh...i don't have a body of a man!!LOL

    I like to keep my calfs in shape but doing calf raises. Like by putting my hands against wall and standing on my tip toes and then going flat foot. do that about 50 times a couple times a dayand that will help your leg muscles out alot!! Well work your way up to how ever many times you want to.But that's what helps me!!!

    Well... since Im on my health kick right now, I'll share my secrets.. jk... they're nothing special but if done right, can shape ya up in no time. Squats and lunges with weights have helped me in my side step. And running/jogging keeps my stamina up. I only squat with weights tho' when my trainer is right behind me, he loads the weights on me, lol. It's done wonders tho, I know alot of women that think they'll end up looking like a man, there are a few exceptions, like Chyna LOL... but most of the time it just tones you up very nicely. Muscles are sexy right?
