If those are like the ones I saw "and from what I can tell they are" They are simply strung beads and hairpipe "bone" some use plastic hairpipe to be lighter in weight than real bone. And teh ends are done in colorfull hackel feathers. then they secure them to the ends of their braids. I dont know the "correct" name for them but as said before id just call them hair ties or drops.
I got a fevah! And the only cure is more cowbell!!!

I agree, looking at them, I would just say, "bone and feather hair drops."

For something like this, you might wanna use real bone because of the weight. They dont flop around unless you REALLY get out of hand while you dance..lol....dont lie, you know you know at least one jingler who gets all outta hand!!

My little girls hair ties have 2 inch pipe bones hanging down, about 5 on each side, and the weight helps to keep them down. I used two 1 inch plastic bones, and they just bounced all over, hitting her in the face, or flopping over her shoulder while she danced.
