You can get them from Bob Fultz out of NJ you can call information and get his phone number I forgot it. I think 500 already rolled is like $40or $45 or you can get them flat cheaper.
I forgot the name of the town in NJ maybe some one out there can help you out. He has a good sellection of cones.SoftWindComment
