Sorry i know I have seen a thread on leggins. but these questions was not answered.
I haven't started yet on my leggings but before i do. i would like to know step by step. like 1,2,3...
i know to use the peltex and bead on canvas or cloth and brown paper bag. Still not sure what the brown paper bag is for? backing i was told. but why do u need it for backing when u have the peltex.
Do I bead on the cloth first or do i iron on the interface onto the cloth and then bead. and the bias tape should it go on before beading? should i go with a white bias tape or matching bias tape.
