  • Friendliest Jingle Dress Dancer

Ok, I asked this in the fancy shawl forum and now I'm asking you all.
Who , from your expeirence is the friendliest jingle dress dancer and why?
    My picks are:
Rebecca Roberts, she is always friendly and talks to you no matter what pow-wow you are at.
Cepa Sparks sister, whose name I can not remember for nothing at this moment! She is really friendly and approachable.
Tiffany Paskemin:, friendly and down to earth!
    Jackie Cline
Sharon Eagleman, her parents are super nice people also.
Before you attempt to beat the odds, make sure you can survive the odds beating you!

Why do some people bother breathing when you know their brain isn't getting the oxygen?

I agree with you about Rebecca Roberts and Sharon Eagleman. They are both supernice and friendly. I also think Diane D. and Prairie Rose are really friendly.

hmmmmmmm..........I would say Sharon Eagleman, she is very friendly, very approachable, and my daughter looks up to her

December Ariwite, she is so cool, and very funny, she always has a positive attitude

Denise One Star, a legend, very friendly, just cause she has been dancing for a long time, she doesnt act like a Diva.

i think this is a tricky question because some of these girls are only "nice" (and i'm not saying specifically, any of the girls y'all have listed--although i know a few on there like this) when they've got the dress on and are competing. some of the nicest down to earth indian woman arent always the ones who win or even compete for that matter. i've been dancing along time and the women i look up to are the ones who try everyday to talk to everybody--to be a good person, to uphold what we are and what that means. and dont get me wrong, there are names y'all have listed that are like that too.

so to all you ladies out there on the pow-wow trail like that whose names never get on these lists---A_HO.may you all be blessed.

I would say definitely NOT Challis Beetso. She has to be one of the most stuck up people I've met.

But as far as nice goes. I think that the nicer the people are, the less they win
                              or i don't know...something

All around Favorite Jingle Dress Dancer?
                                by Jinglemama07
Who is your all around favorite jingle dress dancer? Not just who has the best moves, prettiest dressesor a beautiful face, but they have to carry themselves in and out of the arena with respect. Someone that doesn't just dance for the money, maybe someone who looks out for others....a true model.

I have a niece who is seven and she is interested in dancing and competing as a jingledress dancer. But I am a little concerned about it. She was taught the history behind the dress by another dancer since there are no other jingle dress dancers in our family. My concern is that this in not traditionally...
