Has anyone here ever use a computer to design their bead work? I started doing it about 2 years ago and I find it helps me place beads in the proper place on the line. I have found that I make less mistakes and therefor made my work go faster.
I'm not letting the computer design the work. That would be wrong. But I have found that I can do my own designs going down to the pixel level in the standard paint program the comes with Windows Software. I can also print out the designs. At the pixel level the program forms a grid so each bead color can be placed in a block just like graph paper.
Does any one else do this? I also had the idea that if others do this, we could trade designs because most of the patterns I design do not really fit my regulia or tribe. I have also gifted my work to others who seem to really like my work.
