What are some good bead design programs

Hi again (I think I'm addicted to this forum ) I got my beads in order, now I'd like to know if some one could point me in the direction of some good beading programs. I've seen some people mention beading programs in their posts, but not the names of them and when I googled I didn't come up with anything.

NE body out there? I did finally turn up a few results for bead programs googling-- but I don't know which ones are any good. Can anybody shed some light on this for me?
