Can someone give me directions on how to fix actual plumes? I have some loose Eagle plumes and was hoping to make a small to medium side plume. No idea on how to start
I'm not sure what you mean by fixing them, but if you mean putting them together to make a side plume...you do it the exact same way you'd do with non-eagle plumes. The feathers don't know the difference LOL. I think there's been various threads n tutorials on how to do so. Good luck :)

I will figure it out somehow, haha Went to the store today, and yet again I forgot to get the glue
Well, before you put them together you should clean them. Get some woolite and luke warm water and swish them around in that for a few min, until they are clean, then dry 'em with a fan. After they are all dry, I like to use wire to wrap mine to. I don't use glue because when you want to change them out, the glue makes the stems all weak. I use clear nail polish to go over the threads once I'm done wrapping them. When you are all done, use a hair dryer and fluff 'em up. BAM...ya got some new plumes.

Using a blank feather quill works great to...take a turkey feather and strip off all the feather part, then attach a darker tip and your plumes to the blank quill...gives it a nice natural curve
this is Jamie Gifford. I'm wondering how to make the simmulated eagle plumes and side drop plumes.can any one give me directions?also how do I get the squers set up for barrettes?
I would just like to know how you make plumes so thick and tall? I have several eagle plumes that are around 8inches but they are not thick like most ladies i see wearing these days nor as tall?
