  • Quillwork

I've been learning how to do quill work for a few years. I now have all the supplies, quills, dye, needles, etc. There is no one to share ideas where I live.
Is there any one who know's how to quill?

Oh any thing you have worked on. Small, big. I know my boyfriend would like a belt buckle. I've never made one period. I know how to do the wrapping on strips of raw hide, the braiding, zig zag and am having a hard time with the...oh I forgot what its called. It's like the zig zag technique but he quills lay straight up and down next to each other. I wish I could quickly get better at that. It just looks so clean and makes for beautiful work.
I'd love to some day do the multiple plaiting technique. Right now it just looks like one big puzzle.:Thinking
