    Liner can keep it cool

We have a liner. My husband bought mine from Reese Tipi. He got everything for it but the kitchen sink. ha ha ha! The liner works good (for us it seems) on keeping it at least 10degrees cooler in spring/summer.

We haven't hauled it any where yet. but I know we would be doing that soon and going from Cali to South Dakota is a very long haul.

Publically i'll use mine for displays at powwows, festivals and scout events.

Privately, i'll use it in my back yard, sometimes to work on it, clean it, or to just enjoy the fire in it during the cold months, plus in spring and fall.

Becareful, if you own tipi's you may be called obsessive.... or as i prefer to be called, enthused. :-D

This is the first in my family for a long time. I love it!! My wish is to gift a Tipi for the elder's in my family (Dad, Aunties and Uncle). Cause then I know they would never go homeless again. This is the first for my Husband's family. He is cali ndn and their tradish homes were huts. We have our up in our yard now. The kids are excited.

Yes, obsessive..hehe.. I think I join you in that.

Today we just put it up again (took it down for winter).

I have two tipis now. Just sold one. Hey, even two maybe more than I need. One is for Powwows and the other just just camping.
