Do it to scale on graph paper. Trace the pattern onto graph paper to the size you'd like and then the poles will be to scale as well.

    started a topic model tipis

    model tipis

Hi everyone! I would like to make a model tipi to use in an educational setting. If I wanted a table top model, what would be the measurements(including the length of the poles? I would also like to make a base.....like a piece of wood with holes drilled in it to support the poles. What do you think?

    harness, vest???
    by hoopster girl
I've seen so many yokes made now a days and now its time to redo one of mine (too much frybread) anyway, it was attached to a vest but I don't know if I want to make it attach to a harness or just another vest. So I figured I'd ask around. What do you like on other fancy dancers, A vest? a harness?...
