Does anyone know of a reliable supplier of 12 oz duck canvas for tipis? I used to know of a place in Salt Lake City, but have since moved to Iowa. I would love to build a new tipi, but so far, finding canvas is proving futile! Any suggestions appreciated!

I found this canvas in the most surprising place. I bought extra large canvas drop cloths from Home Depot and it was inexpensive, sturdy, beautiful canvas. These are the type of drop cloths that professional painters use. I have canvas up now and it's been up for almost 2 years of continuous use. I hit it with Camp Dry silicone to make it more weather resistant. But it surprises me how well it's held up. I doubt I needed to put the spray silicone on it.Originally posted by wolfhawke View Post

Hey everyone. I tried beading a rosette for the first time and ended up using a pretty limp foundation material. I intended to use pellon, but accidentally bought the lighter version and tried to use it anyway.

I have a set of Seneca leggins made out of green velvet, this is a winter material and is to **** hot to where here in Oklahoma Summers.
