    Hi everyone, I was wondering what fabrics you use for your cloth dresses and the best type of ribbon to use? I'm hoping to spend the winter making a dress and wanted to get some hints from everyone here.

    How many buckskin hides does it take to make a buckskin dress?

    Also, is there anyone who would make one for me if I supplied the deer hides? And how much?????...

    These instructions are for a fully beaded, modern adaptation based on Oglala cradles. It is based on the soft cradle. I'm told the frame is not traditional, but reflects additions made to make cradles more marketable to whites....
