  • Ann Arbor Drum Contest

    I think the drums sitting on the side without the bleachers got a lot of help from the sound system this weekend.

    To me that doesn't seem fair. A couple of the drums on the side with the bleachers might have sounded better with a 1000 watt speaker sitting behind them too!

    What do you think?

    They said they wanted to do something different this year.

    Instead of host northern and southern drums, they want to instead have a drum contest.

    Something strange going on here. First, the drum rules state that any rules can be altered, deleted or changed at any time during the weekend. Why have rules????

    Next thing, the same judges are used for every song judged. ****, they're going to judge the same way each time.
