    splitting the category???

    Should southern singing be split into two categories???? i was talking with a few people and they always seem to compare different styles of southern singing... so should there be a original and contemporary in this style of singing like the northern style? let me know your feed back!!!

    That would be something to see, but they wouldn't have enough to fill the seperate catagories. I don't think it would hurt to try though. Very good Idea.

      My personal view of YOUTUBE about GON is that they need two categories for Northern Drumming today because of the Straight Singing and Contemporary Singing. High Noon was in GON and I think they got short change becasue they sing Straight songs and if they had a sing off with Bear Creek and Bear Creek...
