Yeah, bummer for some of us, so I use a long red/white tennis shoe lace through the roach-hole and secure it with my pin, then tie it up - not as free as when I HAD hair, but easy enough.

From what I understand, it's much like in the Sneak-Up; the accented beat represents a gun-shot and the dancers "duck n' dive" out of the line of fire.
