Yes, it does! Yeah, I didn't feel the humidity until my second day in NY. It was 107 in MO and I dreaded the heat when I opened the door after driving in AC comfort all day. But, it was very mild cool weather compared to the apparent scorching heat you feel in AZ at 107.
