Hello everyone. My name is Wanda Dillard and I just became a member. My ancestry is Cherokee from the eastern Band originally located in Georgia. Most of my people have been dispersed to NC and Oklahoma, and some even to Tennessee where my family now lives. I began painting in 1985, and my studies and paintings are primarily Native American. I haven't focused on one tribe, because I feel an affinity to all tribes. I feel like we are all one people.
I am so very proud to have Cherokee blood coursing through my veins. And I am so happy to have found this website because finally there is a place where I can connect with my people.
