My name is Roxanna Maria Dies, I am the daughter of Wilbur Dale Dies ( deceased) My great great grandmother was Zilha B American Indian. I have researched and believe that she was Powhatan and she was born in West Virginia. I want to be counted by my tribe, I want to learn the ways and I wish nothing from land or monitary value.
