Actually, concerning the native status of Mexican puebloed Yaquis: there is the dual citizenship laws that protect the Yaquis and other southwestern tribes who have settlements on both sides of the border. Your own paperwork from the Mexican settlements translates easily into the cdib in America. Yaquis ARE native American because you have pueblos in the states.That is how I understand what I've experienced.
